good news for everyone. i have finally got our beloved Organic Honduras back in stock here! our favourite thing about this Honduras is the very low acidity which makes it easy on the stomach, and of course the taste buds too!

cupping notes: milk chocolate, caramel and honey with pleasant citrus and floral aromas. mild acidity and smooth body

-Organic Peru El Gran Mirador, an aromatic mountain coffee produced and processed entirely by women and carefully cultivated under the shade of trees. this is a specialty coffee aimed at the most demanding palates.
-Brazil Pocos de Caldas, a higher elevation brazil with excellent flavour notes. notes of caramel, apple, and citrus in a very clean, sweet cup.

i have a new variety of decaf now as i could not order in the colombia sugar cane. its a honduras swiss water process decaf and is a clean cup with notes of caramel and toasted almond.
