coffee was first introduced to simbu in the early 1950's, it has been the most important crop to the local simbuans. psc stands for premium smallholder coffee, and this lot was graded as a top lot.
 
notes : sweet intense flavour and medium acidity. berry and dark chocolate notes with hints of maple and spice.
